Leila Lagroix, Program Administrator, Engineers and Geoscientists B.C.
Started in 2015, the Accredited Employer Member-in-Training Program seeks to allow employers to develop their own EIT training program, expediting the professional registration process. This allows the employer to attract and retain well trained EITs and allows the employee to receive better guidance in navigating and gaining competencies required for registration. Leila serves as the Program Administrator and provides outreach and information to employers interested in the Member-in-Training Program.
